We realize how important it is to secure the release of a loved one who is being held in jail and who, in all likelihood, is all alone, frightened, and powerless.

Furthermore, our mission is to provide bail bond services for a fair price and to maintain our reputation as the bonding company who stands behind the defendant from the time the bond is posted with the sheriff all the way to the completion of the case. E. John Rosa
General Manager

Mr. Rosa, who has served as our General Manager for 10 years, is a graduate of Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York (1981). Mr. Rosa is also a graduate of Texas Weslayan Law School (1995).

Mr. Rosa, married with three children and a devoted father, is a coach for his son's baseball team, The Force, and is active in a variety of professional and charitable organizations.

Prior to joining our bonding company, Mr. Rosa earned a widespread reputation among criminal defense attorneys as a hard working and extremely competent private investigator. Such hard work and competence led to his employment on dozens of death penalty cases on the state and federal level, several of which resulted in the acquittal of the criminal defendants.

Mr. Rosa maintains EJR Agency in Dallas County is a licensed private investigator with the State of Texas.
